GO TO www.belmontbaptistchurch.com/sermons and listen to Sunday’s message.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for your support in sending our youth to the Arise conference. Your sacrifices are planting seeds that will yield eternal rewards. Tonight was nothing short of miraculous. God’s presence was powerful, and lives were transformed in ways that will echo into eternity. Our young people are experiencing deep, personal encounters with the Lord. Many have made life-altering commitments, some for salvation, others feeling the call to full-time ministry, missions, and more. The kids we are bringing home will be forever changed, renewed in their faith and purpose. Your prayers and support are making a profound difference. As we head into the final days of the conference, please continue to lift these young hearts in prayer. The work God is doing here is powerful and needs to be sustained. We can’t wait to share the full story with you on Sunday. Thank you again for your incredible generosity and vision.

Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

The transformation into Christ’s image is not a one-time event but an ongoing process.

Each day, we are called to die to ourselves and live for Christ, allowing Him to continually renew and transform us.

This journey of transformation involves a daily commitment to let go of our old selves and embrace the new life that Christ offers.

It’s about allowing Christ to live in us, guiding our actions, thoughts, and decisions.

The Apostle Paul’s life exemplifies continuous renewal.

In Philippians 3:12-14, he writes, “Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”

Paul acknowledges that he has not yet reached perfection, but he is continually striving to grow and mature in his faith.

His focus is on pursuing the goal of becoming more like Christ, forgetting the past, and looking forward to what lies ahead.

Reflect on your spiritual journey each day.

Identify areas where you need to surrender more to Christ and seek His transformation.

Ask yourself, “In what ways am I holding back from fully allowing Christ to live through me?”

This daily reflection helps us stay aware of our need for continuous growth and renewal.

STAY CONNECTED

Stay connected to Christ through prayer, Bible study, and fellowship with other believers.

John 15:5 reminds us, “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”

Our connection to Christ is vital for our spiritual growth.

Regular prayer and studying the Bible deepen our relationship with Him, while fellowship with other believers encourages and strengthens us.

EMBRACE TRIALS

View trials as opportunities for growth and transformation.

James 1:2-4 encourages us, “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”

Trials test our faith and build our character.

When we face challenges, we can trust that God is using them to shape us into His likeness.

PERSEVERE IN FAITH

Keep pressing forward in your faith journey, trusting that God is continually working in you.

Philippians 1:6 assures us, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

God is faithful, and He will complete the work He has started in us.

Our role is to persevere, even when the journey is tough, trusting that God is with us and working through us.

Embracing continuous renewal requires perseverance and faith.

By staying connected to Christ and allowing Him to work in us daily, we grow in His likeness and reflect His glory more fully.

This ongoing transformation is a testimony of God’s grace and power in our lives.

As we become more like Christ, our lives will increasingly exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, drawing others to Him.

PRAYER

Lord, help me to embrace the ongoing journey of transformation. Renew me daily by Your Spirit and guide me to live a life that reflects Your love and grace. Teach me to surrender fully to You, trusting in Your work within me.

May my life be a testament to Your transformative power.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.

Amen.

ASSIGNMENT

Today, spend 15 minutes reflecting on your spiritual journey.

Write down any areas where you feel you need more of Christ’s transformation.

Don’t try to make it happen.

Ask Him and wait for the internal release inside.

Pray over these areas, asking God to help you grow and renew you each day.

Consider how you can incorporate daily reflection, staying connected to Christ, embracing trials, and persevering in faith into your routine to facilitate ongoing transformation.
